Disclaimer
1. General website information
The website introduces our UX/UI design and interface consulting services and helps a prospective client understand the type of support available. Descriptions, illustrative interfaces and general explanations are provided for that evaluation and for initiating a conversation about a possible project.
A visitor's project can involve requirements not visible from a short website description. Do not treat a broad service label, an illustration or an assistant answer as a complete statement of deliverables. The appropriate scope is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.
2. Professional judgment in design
Design work involves choices about hierarchy, content organization, navigation, visual presentation and interaction. Recommendations are informed by the information, intended users, constraints and assumptions available within the agreed engagement. Different evidence or a change in requirements can call for a different approach.
A recommendation is not a prediction that every visitor will respond in the same way. Where a decision depends on evidence from a particular audience, a research or testing method should be scoped appropriately. A general usability review does not imply that a formal study with recruited participants has been performed.
3. No guaranteed commercial results
We do not guarantee a specific increase in revenue, conversion, sales, traffic, engagement, investment or other business outcome from a design or consulting engagement. Commercial results depend on factors such as the offer, content, audience, pricing, implementation, promotion and ongoing operation.
A design can aim to improve clarity and ease of use without providing a financial guarantee. Any expressly agreed measurable evaluation should identify the method, baseline, scope and responsibility. An aspiration stated on the website is not a promise of a particular result.
4. Indicative prices and availability
The website's U.S. dollar ranges describe indicative scopes for the listed services. A final fee depends on the proposed pages or screens, complexity, review rounds, deliverable formats and other agreed requirements. A combined scope may need an individual quote.
Published information does not reserve capacity or confirm a start date. Availability, milestones and any firm delivery commitment must be agreed for the engagement. This does not permit a price or schedule already accepted in a contract to be changed unilaterally without the applicable basis.
5. Process demonstration
The interactive process section shows one illustrative interface through a brief, structure, wireframe, visual design, prototype and documentation. It explains how design decisions can develop and how an interface can be reviewed before implementation.
It is not represented as a paid client project, testimonial, verified case study or evidence of a commercial result. Its prototype does not collect or transmit personal information. A demonstration state is not a real order, booking, payment or company confirmation.
6. Prototype and production differences
A prototype is designed to communicate intended behavior. It can use representative states, selected paths and simulated interactions. It does not automatically include production data handling, security, integration logic, payment processing or every failure state required in a live application.
Programming, deployment, hosting, maintenance and operational support are included only when expressly agreed. A development team should evaluate implementation requirements and test the resulting product in its actual environment. A visual design file does not make that implementation work complete.
7. Accessibility and regulated requirements
A project can include accessibility-oriented decisions or a review against a specified standard where scoped. Such work should state the pages, components, method and extent of testing. A general design service is not a blanket certification that a website meets every accessibility law or requirement.
Legal compliance, security obligations, regulated information and sector-specific requirements may require specialist review. Please identify them before a project begins. This disclaimer does not excuse a failure to perform an accessibility or other requirement that was expressly accepted as part of the engagement.
8. No legal, tax or financial advice
Website content and assistant answers about policies explain the business's published framework. They are not individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice. A question about the legal effect of an agreement may depend on facts and law beyond a general service description.
If your project or transaction requires a qualified professional opinion, seek an appropriate adviser. You remain free to ask us about the scope of our services and the meaning of a proposal so that practical expectations can be clarified before work is authorized.
9. Website assistant limits
The supplied assistant retrieves prepared answers from website information using browser-side matching. It is not an independent representative with authority to accept a project, negotiate a price, interpret a contract or verify current availability. It is not connected to an external generative AI service in this implementation.
If it cannot answer a question reliably, it offers the inquiry form so you can send the matter to the company after reviewing the required details. Asking the guide a question does not, by itself, send the question to us. Its response should not override a written project agreement or a direct clarification.
10. Forms, messages and payment
A visible successful submission state appears only after the form response has been verified by the website flow. That state concerns submission for review. It does not guarantee the time of a human response, establish a paid engagement or prove that a payment has been made.
The inquiry form does not request card or banking credentials and does not charge a payment method. A request reference is used to identify an inquiry rather than as an official processor transaction number. If the page reports that confirmation could not be verified, do not interpret that message as a confirmed order.
11. Third-party systems and changes
Hosted functions can depend on Shopify, browser behavior, communication systems and other tools expressly used for the engagement. An external service can change or experience an outage. We do not control every technical condition affecting an independently operated system.
Information on the site may be updated as services and operating requirements change. We aim for a clear description of the work offered, but an existing project remains governed by its accepted agreement and applicable law. A future website change does not automatically rewrite that agreement.
12. Responsibility, corrections and contact
Please identify an apparent error, unclear statement or technical problem so it can be reviewed. Include the relevant page or project context and a description of the concern. A useful correction process depends on knowing the specific information or behavior at issue.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes responsibility or removes a legal remedy where that exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. For a project-specific commitment, rely on the accepted written terms and direct clarification rather than a general illustration. Contact Parkhurst Interface using the details below.
